Web Application Design - Building and enhancing the user experience for Rivian's internal teams, enabling them to assist customers in vehicle purchases, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and driving increased sales.


The objective of the Work Management Tool is to empower Rivian's Title & Registration team to efficiently handle day-to-day operations related to vehicle registration processing and ensure the timely completion of all customer registrations.


Account Managers play an intermediary role within the entire customer service system. In addition to providing essential customer and purchase information, they also direct users to the most suitable resources for addressing customer needs and fostering stronger relationships.

This is a 0 to 1 project mainly focused on building the customer profile information, customer activity timeline, purchase /orders, appointments, etc. Led product vision, created the initial sketch, and conducted user testing, and iterated on the design based on users’ needs.
